US President Donald Trump has sacked Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, supplanting him with the executive of the CIA, Mike Pompeo.
Saying thanks to Mr Tillerson for his administration on Twitter, Mr Trump said the new state secretary would do “an incredible activity”.
Mr Tillerson, a previous CEO of ExxonMobil, was just named to the activity a little more than a year back.
The president additionally selected Gina Haspel to wind up the primary lady executive of the CIA.
